EZbud Delivery Service

EzBud provides users with SMS communications related to order updates, delivery notifications, account alerts, service-related information, and customer support messages when users opt in to receive text messages.

SMS Terms of Service (Required Disclosure)

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text “STOP” to the (631) 729-6662. After you send the SMS message “STOP” to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly at [email protected]

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. You will receive up to 8 messages per month. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

Age and Eligibility

By opting in to receive SMS messages from EzBud, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age.

EzBud delivery services are available only to individuals 21 years or older with a valid New York State ID. Orders and deliveries are strictly restricted to eligible adults in accordance with New York State law.

Order and Delivery Terms

Orders placed before 6pm are eligible for same-day delivery to Suffolk County.
Orders for Nassau County are eligible for next-day delivery.
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

Changes to Terms

EzBud may update these Terms of Service at any time. Updated versions will be posted on this page with the revision date. Continued use of the SMS service or website after changes indicates acceptance of the updated terms.
